After more than a month of lockdown, we’d like to wish our customers and suppliers the very best of health in these troubled times. We hope you’re all keeping safe and sane, and that your businesses are running with as few disruptions as possible. With talk of easing the lockdown on the cards, and an official action plan hopefully on the horizon, we fervently hope to return to business as usual as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we’d like to reassure customers that MTCSS remains operational.
Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support
Our administrative, sales and customer service staff are all working from home, but are still available to provide information, prices and advice on technical specifications – for new and prospective customers. Aftersales support by phone and email is also available for existing customers. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We don’t anticipate any delays in our usual service response time.
Cold Room and Industrial Door Quotations
We are providing quotations for cold rooms and industrial doors, and can set up new projects ready for implementation as soon as lockdown ceases and we are allowed to provide a full service once again. We can also provide cold room doors on a supply-only basis, although, regrettably, we are unable to offer on-site installation at this time.
Spares and Parts
Our warehouse team are at work and are busy processing online orders – so you can still purchase spares and parts through our online shop. We are working hard to maintain the fast order processing and delivery times our customers are used to, although to safeguard our staff we have had to implement some changes in the workplace to ensure this is possible.
We are still offering next day delivery on all online orders placed during lockdown, so long as the parts are in stock. However, for this to be possible please place your order by 11:30 AM, to give us time to process and dispatch the order on the same day. Orders received after 11:30 AM may not be dispatched until the next working day, giving a one to two working day delivery window.
Parts that are not in stock will be ordered on the same day as usual. Our suppliers are going to great lengths to ensure that supply chains are not disrupted, although there may be minor delays in delivery on some products. We will keep you updated and dispatch the parts to you as quickly as possible.
Throughout this crisis we have been delighted by the loyalty of our customers and the resilience shown by so many businesses in our supply chain – who are sustaining a near-normal service in the face of severe restrictions and personal difficulties.
