Types of Refrigeration Systems

- Monoblock systems: plug and play refrigeration is generally used for small to medium capacity walk-in chillers and walk-in freezers. These fit through the wall or ceiling of the cold room, so need to be installed within a well-ventilated area.
- Split refrigeration systems: these systems consist of two units, a condensing unit which sits externally (outside of the building) and an evaporator which is installed inside the cold room. Split systems can be utilised in any capacity cold room and are ideal for areas which are poorly ventilated.
- Back-up refrigeration: different levels of back-up refrigeration can be designed depending on the level of contingency required. This includes 100% back-up to ensure that in the event of any system or power failures, your products will be consistently protected.
- Humidity control systems: in conjunction with temperature-controlled systems, MTCSS can also design humidity control to further control the conditions of your rooms.
We can also supply and install air conditioning systems for office spaces, kitchens and other areas.
