MTCSS Contracts After-Care
Once the Contracts team have completed your temperature-controlled project, we will complete a site overview to ensure you are happy with the quality of work before signing off the project with one of your team.
We will then issue Operations and Maintenance manuals to your selected contact – at this stage we will also ask for any feedback on the project and your experience with the MTCSS team.

We offer a 12 month warranty on parts only and if you have any problems with your cold rooms, doors or any other element of your project, we strive to get this rectified as soon as possible.

Once the Retail team have completed your cold room refurbishment or cabinet refurbishment project, we will complete a site overview to ensure you are happy with the quality of work before signing off the project with one of your team.

MTCSS Spares After-Care
Our Spares team will send any installation or product information to you upon order, ensuring you have access to all the information you require.
For supply only doors, we will also provide you with an after-care sheet which identifies any parts which may need replacing due to damage or wear and tear on your door.
We offer a 12 month warranty on parts only and if you have any problems doors or products, we will strive to rectify this as soon as possible.
