Cold Room Conditions Reports for Walk-In Cold Rooms & Ambient Areas

What will a cold room condition report consist of?
- A Site Audit Pro for cold room and ambient envelopes, cold room doors and refrigeration & air conditioning
- F-Gas Register: For all systems that use refrigerant gas
- Thermal imaging on each envelope: a report will be issued to highlight any cold/hot spots within your walk-in cold room, or any thermal leakage in the envelopes and doors when in the closed position.
- A recommendation report that includes equipment which requires upgrading or replacing
How will we report on your cold room, ambient temperature control and lighting?
Including refrigeration systems, air conditioning and small fridges of either domestic/industrial type, we will record the following;
- Reports on the general condition and age of internal and external units
- How much life expectancy we predict your walk-in cold room has remaining
- The overall cleanliness
- The type of gas and amount of gas within your refrigeration systems
We also offer a lighting condition report, and the drafting & maintenance of F-Gas registers for your company; highlighting your compliance with the new guidelines.
Cold Room Traffic Light Reviews:
Our cold room condition reports provide you with a traffic-light review system, presenting you with a colour that corresponds to its individual condition – either red, amber, or green.
We provide a traffic light review for both envelopes and cold room doors & industrial doors.
For cold room envelopes this includes; cold room panel condition, trims and coving, a report on your floor, floor protection, any alternative protection (eg. door/fall protection) and ceiling suspension.
For cold room doors and industrial doors this includes; frames, gaskets, all door furniture, floor threshold, automation systems and door frames/floor heaters.
